Quick Apply Full-time Part-time Temporary Internship 6 hours ago Full Job Description Blooming Butterflies is currently seeking a certified Childcare Assistant for our large family childcare program located in West Boylston, Massachusetts.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or possess a EEC Certified Family Childcare Assistant Certificate, have a clear background check, and be able to provide medical evidence of their ability to work with children.
Additionally, the candidate should possess a CPR and First Aid certificate, have completed EEC Essential Online Training, and have completed ECC Family Childcare Orientation Training.
(We will assist in obtaining ECC approval for candidates who are not currently certified, but are interested in pursuing a career in childcare.
) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting children and parents at drop off and pick up Assisting the lead teacher in creating lesson plans and maintaining a safe learning environment Supporting and meeting the needs of all children in the classroom, including meal times, diaper changes, supervision and general care Implementing and following through with a daily curriculum Cleaning and sanitizing the classroom Serving meals to children throughout the day Diaper changing Assisting with administrative record keeping Maintaining and writing progress reports for children in the program If you believe this opportunity aligns with your experience and qualifications, please submit your resume.
