The Management Trainee will join the team by training in all areas of the business to take the reins as a leader of Serious Fun.
We will train you to grow the skills needed to teach amazing classes and lead, train and develop the team, along with manage daily operations! This individual will serve as a team mentor, trainer and lead by example! Our business is growing and we are searching for experienced and dedicated leaders to grow with us.
What we expect from you Learn to teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!).
This requires a lot of physical effort as well as coming to work ready to be on with full energy! Classes are our product and as a leader in the business, being an expert in our product is critical! Provide outstanding customer service and experience.

Create a warm and fun environment for the Children each class.
Treat each class and each child as if it's their first day - EVERY WEEK! Create WOW moments in the lobby, creating an engaging community and culture Act as a Team Lead by training and mentoring others in our High Support, High Performance environment.
This includes being involved with hiring, training, mentoring and coaching the team of 20
individuals each day.
Oversee a program/category of business that includes team development, marketing, sales and business operations.
Overtime, as you grow with The Little Gym, this responsibility will grow as well You'd fit in here if Have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience You love having fun, encouraging kids and giving High-5's! Have a background in gymnastics, dance, cheer, child development or sports.
Loves to be moving in a very physically active job.

You are driven to succeed and know how to work hard and hustle! Are a natural leader who wants to grow! Have leadership experience.
