Summary:
Acuren is recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Receivable/Billing Clerk for our Massachusetts Materials Research office located in West Boylston, MA.
This position is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible part-time work environment!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for A/R, specifically in regard to client follow up for 60
day accounts Responsible for pricing out jobs and billing customers Assemble and type reports in Microsoft Word and Excel from handwritten and word-processed worksheets.
Sort, alphabetize and file printed materials in manual filing systems.
Operate office equipment (printers, fax, scanners) Answer and route incoming telephone calls.
Perform other similar duties as required and assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years general office experience Experience with Microsoft Office Programs with strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills Company Overview:
