Responsibilities:
Initiates and implements patient care plan Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders Administers medications and intravenous solutions as stated in facility policy Continually assesses individual patient needs and develops individualized resident care plans Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents as necessary This is a brief description of some not all required responsibilities.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Valid MA RN or LPN nursing License 1 year of experience is preferred but will consider a new graduate nurse.
