Senior Administrative

The Corporate Campus Human Resources Senior Administrative Assistant will provide specialized and organizational support services to assist Corporate Campus Human Resources Management. He/She will be required to develop, maintain and manage various reports to include data manipulation, data validation/troubleshooting, data formatting, and final version validation.
The Corporate Campus Human Resources Senior Administrative Assistant will also provide support in multiple systems that support Staffing, Budget and Project Planning/Reconciliation, Career Development, and Succession Planning. He/She may also provide advanced, and confidential support to senior management.
Other Duties
Preparation of reports per requirements
Retrieval and consolidation of data from multiple external and internal sources
Standard and ad-hoc report generation
Processing and tracking invoices
Miscellaneous office support functions

Experience in clerical support is preferred
Experience with documents requiring version control is preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
